Each entry gives the item its own full-width line, followed by a store or source line and a wider expected-price field. The A7 layout holds 6 wishes per printed side; the smaller M5 layout holds 5 with comfortable writing room.

Size and compatibility

• A7 / Pocket: 80 × 120 mm finished page with six pre-punched 4 mm holes and 19 mm center-to-center spacing.
• M5 / Mini 5: 67 × 105 mm finished page with five pre-punched 4 mm holes and 19 mm center-to-center spacing.

Planner size names can vary by brand. Before ordering, compare the finished dimensions and complete hole pattern with an insert that already fits your binder.
