Refund policy

JoyJoy is a small business, and we want you to feel happy with the planner pieces you choose. If something is wrong with your order, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging when possible.

To start a return, please email us with your order number before sending anything back. We will review your request and share return instructions if your item is eligible. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Some items cannot be returned, including digital products, personalized or custom items, gift cards, and final sale items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and item availability.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
