Shipping policy

JoyJoy is a small business, and every order means a lot to us. We pack each order with care so your planner pieces arrive ready for your everyday routines, little resets, and tiny moments of organization.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Some small-batch or early-release items may need a little extra time before shipping while we prepare, check, and pack them properly.

Estimated U.S. delivery is usually 7-12 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on the way.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or inventory availability. If an order needs a longer processing time, we'll do our best to keep you updated along the way.
