Thank you for choosing JoyJoyPlanner! We are dedicated to delivering your aesthetic planner setups to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed with love.

  • Standard Items: Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

  • Personalized Items: For orders containing Initial Charms or other custom-made accessories, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for assembly.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship exclusively to the United States (excluding certain territories and military addresses to ensure delivery reliability).

  • Standard Tracked Shipping (Estimated 7-12 Business Days): $5.99

  • Free Standard Shipping (Estimated 7-12 Business Days): FREE for all orders over $59.00

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier logistics, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons. All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

JoyJoyPlanner is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For U.S. orders under $800, customs duties are typically not applied.

5. Damages & Missing Packages

JoyJoyPlanner is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting our support team.
