Each entry includes a title line, an author line marked with a small italic “by,” and five rating circles. The A7 layout holds 5 books per printed side; the smaller M5 layout holds 4 with comfortable writing space.

Size and compatibility

• A7 / Pocket: 80 × 120 mm finished page with six pre-punched 4 mm holes and 19 mm center-to-center spacing.
• M5 / Mini 5: 67 × 105 mm finished page with five pre-punched 4 mm holes and 19 mm center-to-center spacing.

Planner size names can vary by brand. Before ordering, compare the finished dimensions and complete hole pattern with an insert that already fits your binder.
