Keep four activities on track throughout the month. These undated landscape Monthly Tracker inserts have four activity rows and numbered daily cells from 1 to 31. Choose A7 / Pocket or M5 / Mini 5.

Write the month and activity names on the front, then mark days 1–13. Continue the same four rows on the reverse for days 14–31, without rewriting the activity names. All 31 day cells have the same width within your selected size. The reverse is rotated for flip-up landscape binding.

Ways to use your Monthly Tracker

Track reading, movement, study, creative practice, household routines or other activities you want to repeat. Use a check mark, small dot or color fill to record each day. Leave unused dates blank in shorter months.

Which size should I choose?
Choose A7 / Pocket for a 120 × 80 mm landscape page with six holes, or M5 / Mini 5 for a 105 × 67 mm page with five holes. Both have 4 mm holes at 19 mm spacing. Compare the full size and hole pattern with a refill that fits your binder.
How does the front and back work?
Write the month and four activity names on the front and track days 1–13. Continue the same activities in the same row order on the reverse for days 14–31. The reverse has no activity-name column and rotates for flip-up landscape binding.
Are the pages dated?
No month or year is printed. The daily cells are numbered 1–31, so you can begin with any month. Leave dates that do not occur in a shorter month blank.
What is included?
