Planner size names can vary by brand. Before ordering, compare the finished dimensions and complete hole pattern with an insert that already fits your binder.

How does the quantity field work?
Write the item on the long line, then add a number after the × only when you need a quantity. Leave the quantity space blank for items where the amount is flexible.
Which size should I choose?
Choose A7 / Pocket for an 80 × 120 mm page with six holes, or M5 / Mini 5 for a 67 × 105 mm page with five 4 mm holes. Both use 19 mm center-to-center spacing. Compare the full dimensions and hole pattern with an insert that already fits your binder.
